Visitor Bookings open on Wednesday 27th April, 2011.

Child rate applies to children 4 years to under 16 years of age.

Week nights (Sunday to Thursday). Weekends nights (Friday & Saturday)

Rates

* 2 nights minimum booking (MUST include Fri-Sat nights)
We do not book single nights on weekends. Must be booked as a Friday/ Saturday inclusive.

SPECIALS

Midweek Special Offer During the following midweeks.

We would like to offer you, our valued guests, some special midweek discounts.

Please note that this year we are offering 6 discounted midweeks, in July and in September.

Two different discounts:

•  Sunday 17th July to Thursday 21st July
•  Sunday 24th July to Thursday 28th July
•  Sunday 4th September to Thursday 8th September (Baby Week)
•  Sunday 11th September to Thursday 15th September
•  Sunday 18th September to Thursday 22nd September

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Payment

All bookings require a 100% payment to confirm the bookings. This must be received within 7 days of making the booking.

If this is not received we will try and contact you, and if unsuccessful the booking will be cancelled.

Children

Child rate applies to children 4 years to under 16 years of age. Children under 4 years of age are notpermited in the Ski Lodge except during "Baby Week".

Baby Week

Baby week is when children under 4 years of age will be allowed in the lodge.

Baby Week has been set from

Sunday 4th September to Thursday 8th September 2011
(Note that the September baby week falls during a discounted week).

Choose the week that suits you best, and call Marieanne 03 9386 9345 and discuss our baby week or any other bookings you wish to make.

Cancellations

Mansfield Ski Lodge provides a "Mt Buller Ski Guarantee".

Money back on all pre-paid accommodation (less booking fees / Commissions payable) if insufficient snow cover prevents "Ski Guarantee" lifts from operating within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date.
There are no other instances where refunds or credits will be given.

Smoking

Mansfield Ski Lodge is a non smoking Lodge.
Smoking is not permitted in any internal areas.

Entry Code

Door code will be advised upon full payment of bookings. It will be on your receipt. Please remember to take note of the number before you depart for the lodge.

Check-In / Check-Out

Access to rooms on Arrival is not until 4.00pm. (Of course you can arrive at any time prior to that and change in the lodge & ski all day)! Rooms to be cleaned and vacated by departing guests by 4.00pm on departure day. Luggage may be left in the Lodge mezzanine area while you ski.

Television

At this time there are no televisions in ski lodge. If you cannot live without your TV please feel free to bring your own portable TV for use in your room, but turned down please.

Pets

We adore pets, however we cannot accommodate them at this time.
