How do I get into Mansfield Ski Lodge?
The door code will be on your booking receipt. This will be issued on full payment of your booking.
Please remember to take note of the number before you depart for the lodge.

What time can I move into my room?
Access to rooms on arrival is not until 4 pm. Rooms must be cleaned and vacated by 4pm on departure day. You can arrive early
and ski the day, and leave your luggage in the lodge. The same applies when you depart.

What do I need to bring?
You need to bring your own SHEETS (top and bottom), PILLOW CASES, TOWELS and FOOD.
All beds have pillows and doonas.
A laundry charge of $20.00 per bed per booking will apply if linen is not brought.
The Lodge supplies a continental breakfast (breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, milk, bread, margarine and spreads).
If you don't wish to cook, why not eat out. Mt Buller has many coffee shops, restaurants and bars catering for every taste.

How do I get to Mt Buller?
By Car: From the Melbourne GPO, Mt Buller is approximately 3 hours
By Bus: From Melbourne, approximately 4 hours (change buses at Mansfield)

How do I get to the Lodge from the Carpark or the Village?
If your are driving, you will need to have chains for possible use. You will be directed up up the mountain where Mt Buller Taxis
will be waiting in the carpark to meet you. They are happy (for a small charge) to take you, your luggage, skis and boxes of food to
the lodge. Just tell them "Mansfield Ski Lodge on Standard Lane".

Can I smoke in the lodge?
Mansfield Ski Lodge is a non smoking Lodge.
Smoking is not permitted in any internal area of Mansfield Ski Lodge.

Where can I use my mobile phone?
Mobile phones are permitted in the lodge, though we do discourage there use in the Kitchen, Dining and Lounge areas (community areas).
We do not mind usage in other area's of the lodge.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Mansfield Ski Lodge provides a "Mt Buller Ski Guarantee".
Money back on all pre-paid accommodation (less booking fees / Commissions payable) if insufficient
snow cover prevents "Ski Guarantee" lifts from operating within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date.
There are no other instances where refunds or credits will be given.
